Dear Readers:

Normally we dedicate our March issue to women, in celebration of international women's day. However, because of the war we have decided to handle this issue a bit differently. Our first articles have to do with Mexico's decision about how to vote on the resolution which was before the UN Security Council, and include a short report from the Mexico Solidarity Network, a letter from Latino Trade Union Leaders in the US protesting president Bush' attempt to strong-arm Mexico and a short excerpt from a piece by Carlos Fuentes which argues that Mexico's commercial and moral interests are not in conflict.
